Sandi Herrera is an Entrepreneur, inspiring thought leader and culture & leadership coach transforming the culture of education and igniting the genius in educators and students across the world. She is the Co-Founder & CEO of HumanizEDU and Genius School US.
She discovered her passion for developing strong workplace cultures and igniting the genius in educators and students while working as COO for Delivering Happiness, established by the late Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh.
A TEDx speaker, Sandi is a highly sought after thought leader, talk-show guest and speaker who has inspired attendees at various education seminars across the country.
She has spent her entire career working with diverse populations to amplify the value of the unique amazing humans we all are and believes that when we ignite that inner genius we open the door to opportunities bigger than we could have ever imagined!
Sandi grew up in the small town of Big Bear Lake, CA and is mom to an amazing son. She is a Global Partner with the Genius Group, an Accredited Genius Educator and the Edupreneur Leader within Genius School Global.

As Founder/CEO of Herrera Psychology and Co-Founder of HumanizEDU, Dr. Stacie Herrera is on a mission to ensure psychologically safe learning communities through prevention and psychoeducation, facilitating environments in which children can flourish.
Dr. Herrera, a licensed school psychologist, is a strong advocate for a systems level approach to the youth mental health crisis.
Herrera Psychology, 2023 Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce Minority Owned Small Business of the Year, provides private therapy and evaluations.
HumanizEDU is on a mission to shift educational culture and focus on mental wellbeing to foster learning environments that serve all humans while igniting a love of learning.
Dr. Herrera is a certified Genius Educator and is currently serving on the board of Genius School U.S and JFCS.
She has engaged audiences of all ages in conversations about youth mental health, being differently wired, and the path to our unique purpose while focusing on our strengths.
