HumanizEDU (HU) certifies Culture & Wellbeing Coaches to bring culture and wellbeing strategies from within the school, in real time—building internal capacity that lasts and reducing the need to rely on outside consulting as the primary driver.

CWCC is a one-year certification (~240 hours total) that develops a Culture & Wellbeing Coach who can lead staff culture practices and wellbeing supports using our Me. We. School.™ framework:
Me: inner alignment + reflection as the first step
We: team trust, intention, working agreements
School: schoolwide emotional intelligence + trauma-informed culture practices

Principals / APs (leadership transformation; becomes “go-to vs feared” leader)
Instructional coaches / counselors (schedule flexibility for campus-wide impact)
Teacher leaders (mentors, high-trust influencers)
Classroom teachers (amplify skill set; lead culture from within)

3 pathways for optimal flexibility and accessibility:
Pathway 1 (capped ~30): immersive virtual workshop style (cameras-on)
Pathway 2: webinar-style (camera optional) + virtual small group practicum labs for real skill practice and role-plays.
Pathway 3: on-demand (recorded from pathway 2) + virtual small group practicum labs for real skill practice and role-plays.
In-person component:
Includes a 3-day in-person graduation experience (travel & lodging not included). HU can explore alternative location options if a concentration of participants is in Nevada. -
Each certified participant returns with defined on-campus roles and a 4-part certification stack.
Each participant completes a practical, implementation-ready training experience that results in four certifications/credentials in one program:
Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach (CWCC)
Leads culture and wellbeing strategy using the Me. We. School. framework (inner alignment → team trust → schoolwide culture).
Talent Dynamics Flow Consultant (TD Flow Consultant)
Applies strengths-based language to improve collaboration, communication, and role clarity across teams.
Certified to Lead Educator Wellbeing Circles
Facilitates structured, confidential Educator Wellbeing Circles using HU’s framework (including guided reflection, prompts, and peer support).
Certified Genius Coach (Genius Camps + classroom/student supports)
Certified to facilitate small groups at Genius Camps for students ages 10–18 through Genius School US and/or incorporate Genius Camp curriculum into classrooms or other student-focused supports (advisory, SEL, leadership, mentoring, small groups).

On-campus implementation roles: Each certified participant returns with a clear “where this lives” role on campus, such as:
Lead a culture leadership team
(beyond “sunshine committee” energy—real culture practice with consistency)Facilitate structured Educator Wellbeing Circles
(teacher-centered, confidential space with guided reflection and practical reset tools)Strengthen meeting culture
(intention-setting, team alliance norms, trust practices, and healthier collaboration rhythms)Serve as an internal coach/cheerleader resource
(the “teacher homework hotline” concept—adult version: support, perspective, and guidance on demand)

Student-facing Genius curriculum implementation
(facilitate small groups within Genius Camps or embed the curriculum into student supports to strengthen confidence, wellbeing, and leadership for ages 10–18)

Our most immersive pathway - Interactive Virtual Workshop Style—small cohort energy, hands-on facilitation, and immediate feedback.
You’ll experience:
2.5 days a month for 10 months of high-touch facilitation + immediate feedback so your coaching skills sharpen week by week
Guided reflection + live practice (breakouts/role plays) that turns insight into embodied leadership
Deep belonging + accountability in a tight cohort where you’re seen, heard, and supported
Join live online (camera-optional), learn alongside other educators, and stay supported through practicum labs.
You’ll experience:
Live learning with choice (camera-optional) so you can stay engaged in a way that fits your day
Small group virtual practicum labs for application—practice the tools and coaching conversations, not just hear about them
Three 2-hour sessions per month for 10 months
ongoing support + peer connection so you’re not learning alone, even when your camera is off
Watch on your schedule, revisit anytime, and complete practicum labs to turn learning into real-world coaching skills.
You’ll experience:
On-demand access so you can learn when your nervous system (and calendar) has space
Replay-ready content to revisit key tools, language, and frameworks as you implement

As Chief Culture Coach and CEO of HumanizEDU, Sandi Herrera is leading the movement to bring the human back to the center of education. Her work in the U.S. and abroad is fostering strong school cultures and igniting the genius in both educators and students. She is helping schools everyday become happy, empowered and engaging places to work and learn!
Sandi discovered her passion for developing strong workplace cultures and igniting the genius in educators and students while working as COO for Delivering Happiness, established by the late Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh. She has spent her entire career working with diverse populations to amplify the value of the unique amazing humans we all are and believes that when we ignite that inner genius we open the door to opportunities bigger than we could have ever imagined!
Sandi grew up in the small town of Big Bear Lake, CA and is mom to an amazing son. She is a Global Partner with the Genius Group, an Accredited Genius Educator, a Certified Organizational & Relationship Systems Coach, and an active member of Renegade Global.

Dr. Silvestri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years in mental health and education, is dedicated to creating psychologically safe environments for educators and students. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education from UCF, a Master’s in Mental Health and School Counseling from Webster University, and recently completed her doctorate in educational leadership at Florida Southern College, focusing her research on the link between principals' emotional intelligence and teacher retention. This journey reinforced her commitment to bridging mental health and education.
As the Culture Curriculum Genius at HumanizEDU, Dr. Silvestri collaborates with Sandi Herrera, whose expertise in culture transformation aligns closely with her focus on emotional intelligence. Together, they’re creating meaningful change in school culture. A passionate trainer, Megan is eager to share her knowledge globally, inspired by Walt Disney's words: "If you can dream it, you can do it."

As Founder/CEO of Herrera Psychology and Co-Founder of HumanizEDU, Dr. Stacie Herrera is on a mission to ensure psychologically safe learning communities through prevention and psychoeducation, facilitating environments in which children can flourish.
Dr. Herrera, a licensed school psychologist, is a strong advocate for a systems level approach to the youth mental health crisis. Herrera Psychology, 2023 Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce Minority Owned Small Business of the Year, provides private therapy and evaluations.
HumanizEDU is on a mission to shift educational culture and focus on mental wellbeing to foster learning environments that serve all humans while igniting a love of learning. Dr. Herrera is a certified Genius Educator and currently serving on the board of JFCS. She has engaged audiences of all ages in conversations about youth mental health, being differently wired, and the path to our unique purpose while focusing on our strengths.

The Culture & Wellbeing Coach Certification (CWCC) program is designed to equip visionary leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to revolutionize work culture, enhance company-employee relationships, and strengthen collaboration among employees.
Our vision of all workplaces being comprehensive psychologically-safe working and learning environments begins with having at least one Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach on staff to ensure our workplaces are always great places to collaborate, work and learn.
Each Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach will walk away with the skills, tools and strategies to lead culture transformation in a way where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
