This curriculum is structured from 15+ years of results-based school leadership evolution and culture professional development as well as corporate leadership and culture training. It’s all about growing beyond the walls of your learning organization and getting everyone excited for this next level of unification for your school team.
Dive into 9 months of virtual training, meeting 2.5 days each month from June 2025 to April 2026, and cap it off with an exciting 3-day in-person graduation in June 2026.

As Chief Culture Coach and CEO of HumanizEDU, Sandi Herrera is leading the movement to bring the human back to the center of education. Her work in the U.S. and abroad is fostering strong school cultures and igniting the genius in both educators and students. She is helping schools everyday become happy, empowered and engaging places to work and learn!
Sandi discovered her passion for developing strong workplace cultures and igniting the genius in educators and students while working as COO for Delivering Happiness, established by the late Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh. She has spent her entire career working with diverse populations to amplify the value of the unique amazing humans we all are and believes that when we ignite that inner genius we open the door to opportunities bigger than we could have ever imagined!
Sandi grew up in the small town of Big Bear Lake, CA and is mom to an amazing son. She is a Global Partner with the Genius Group, an Accredited Genius Educator, a Certified Organizational & Relationship Systems Coach, and an active member of Renegade Global.

Dr. Silvestri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years in mental health and education, is dedicated to creating psychologically safe environments for educators and students. She holds a Bachelor’s in Education from UCF, a Master’s in Mental Health and School Counseling from Webster University, and recently completed her doctorate in educational leadership at Florida Southern College, focusing her research on the link between principals' emotional intelligence and teacher retention. This journey reinforced her commitment to bridging mental health and education.
As the Culture Curriculum Genius at HumanizEDU, Dr. Silvestri collaborates with Sandi Herrera, whose expertise in culture transformation aligns closely with her focus on emotional intelligence. Together, they’re creating meaningful change in school culture. A passionate trainer, Megan is eager to share her knowledge globally, inspired by Walt Disney's words: "If you can dream it, you can do it."

As Founder/CEO of Herrera Psychology and Co-Founder of HumanizEDU, Dr. Stacie Herrera is on a mission to ensure psychologically safe learning communities through prevention and psychoeducation, facilitating environments in which children can flourish.
Dr. Herrera, a licensed school psychologist, is a strong advocate for a systems level approach to the youth mental health crisis. Herrera Psychology, 2023 Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce Minority Owned Small Business of the Year, provides private therapy and evaluations.
HumanizEDU is on a mission to shift educational culture and focus on mental wellbeing to foster learning environments that serve all humans while igniting a love of learning. Dr. Herrera is a certified Genius Educator and currently serving on the board of JFCS. The Culture & Wellbeing Coach Certification (CWCC) program is designed to equip visionary leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to revolutionize work culture, enhance company-employee relationships, and strengthen collaboration among employees.
Our vision of all workplaces being comprehensive psychologically-safe working and learning environments begins with having at least one Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach on staff to ensure our workplaces are always great places to collaborate, work and learn.
Each Certified Culture & Wellbeing Coach will walk away with the skills, tools and strategies to lead culture transformation in a way where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

The curriculum covers a wide range of topics including leadership development, conflict resolution, wellbeing strategies, collaborative teamwork, and designing comprehensive pathways to a trusted, unified school community.

The program is a dynamic blend of 3-day virtual learning experiences each month from June 2025 to April 2026.
You will engage in both synchronous and asynchronous activities throughout the program. The training will culminate in a 3-day experiential in-person graduation in May 2026.
